• All consigned items must be reasonably valued and priced at $100.00 or higher. Prices are set by the consignor. If you need assistance with pricing, please let us know.
  

• Postings are removed either when an item sells or at the end of the consignment period unless renewal arrangements have been made in advance.

• Consignor deals directly with the buyer once contact has been made through CircaSeattle.com.

• CircaSeattle.com collects only a posting fee for its service. Consignors retain all proceeds from their sales.
  

• Once purchased, the posting fee is non-refundable. We will provide a make-good on any errors for which CircaSeattle.com is responsible.

• CircaSeattle.com reserves the right to edit any and all content provided by a consignor for grammatical, spelling, typographical errors and use of profanity.

• CircaSeattle.com will provide a digital proof of consignment listing prior to posting. If no approved or corrected proof is received within 48 hours, the listing will post as it reads (subject to payment).

• CircaSeattle.com takes no responsibility for the factual accuracy of any information provided by a consignor.

• CircaSeattle.com makes no guarantee of the authenticity of items posted by a consignor nor the availability of items posted for sale.

• CircaSeattle.com does not accept advertising for private-party garage sales or moving sales.

• Circa Select is intended for use by private parties only, not commercial dealers or retailers.
  

• CircaSeattle.com respects the privacy and confidentiality of its consignors and buyers. Any information provided of a confidential nature will never be sold to or shared with a third-party entity.
